Hi , i think i have a bit of play in my forks and would like to sort it myself if possible , is there any were that has instructions for dismanteling / servicing ? Its the only part of the bike i have not serviced as i have never messed with forks i dont know whats inside ! Is there oil . air ,or springs ? Thanks Russ
