Well I decided in July that I would like to raise money for a charity using my favourite means of transport, can you guess what it is?...................Thats right cycling.
I looked at local events and the closest event is a special event to celebrate 50 years of research for the British Heart Foundation (BHF).
This event is an 80 mile bike ride from Bath to Bournemouth on the 2nd October. Event details can be found here: http://www.bhf.org.uk/get-involved/even ... ps=1001092
Now I am training very hard to ensure I can do my best to complete this event and even bought my first ever road bike, a Specialized Allez. Been out a few times and I love it, maybe even hooked. :P
Would any of you kind hearted people be willing to sponsor me :?: After all it is for a good cause.
Please sponsor what you can and ultimatley feel better for helping others, after all you never know who will need help in the future.
Please visit my just giving page found here: http://www.justgiving.com/Lee-Cooper2
Thank you for taking the time to read this & a very BIG thankyou if you have donated.

Went out for a 42 mile ride yesterday evening, unfortunetly I totally forgot how hilly the area is in the countryside and I was faced with 13 & 18% inclines. None the less this did not deter me, after 3 hours (I got lost quite a lot  ) I finally arrived back home.
A good 10 minute stretch and a quick recovery drink and I feel pretty good this morning. Right calf is a little tight but no pain, one of the best perks was that was a great nights sleep.
Please donate as little as you can.0
