I'm sending my RP23 in for a service so removed it from the frame to find that the fully threaded bolts have started to cut the thread pattern into the bushings on both ends of the shock.

Is this normal or is there some partially threaded bolts available so the main part which the bushing rests on it just a solid unthreaded core, with threads on the last 10-15mm or so to bolt into the frames shock mount??

I've done a quick look online and spoke to a chat at tftuned about it and he suggested a visit to a local hardware store.

I didn't buy the frame from new so i've no way to know if these are the original bolts or something someone used to replaced the originals.

As far as I can tell it isn't causing any ride issues but I thought i'd ask just in case theres a more suitable bolt available.
