Juicer anyone?

We bought a good juicer from Amazon.
So expensive I nearly had to take out a mortgage for it.
Arrived yesterday. Looks great. I look forward to make juices to our daughter with it, so at least she'll get a little more vitamins. Pity all the fiber are wasted...

Juicer fans around here?

Have lost 3 stone over last few years - started by (and keep down by annually) doing 7lbs in 7 days by Juicemaster.

So am a fan but only for 2 weeks a year!

Hope you've got some space in the cupboard. Perhaps next to the ice cream maker and the George Foreman grill.

If I ever buy an ice cream maker I will be constantly running. Won't be able to produce ice cream as fast as I feat it.

I have a juicer. It takes 2 minutes to make a lovely fresh juice. And then 30 minutes to clean it all. It now sits in the cupboard and taunts me.

I've got one of those ultimate twin screw/auger juicers, cost about £400 new but I bought it almost new on ebay. Used to grow my own wheat grass! I researched the world of juicers heavily, the low rev twin screw ones are the best but they are expensive. the rubbishy cheap centrifuge/grater ones you buy for £30 apparently destroy most of the vitamin content with heat and friction...
