Pah!! A bit of GT85 solves many a problem. Just use it sparingly

Please don't swear at me, tonic is for those that insist on negative calories, you know, the sort of people that eat celery.

Love n hugs and now fully mobile thanks to super mechanic...

Wouldn't know Nicklouse, I'm more of a lycra and leather girl, though not at the same time, I can never quite carry the "look" off.

It was a good stage win, were it not for my mechanical issues, I may have been in with a chance. Alas we shall never know. Not unless I get some support now to take the next one.

  • Hello???? Is anybody in? I'm a bit lost.....
The older I get the faster I was
  • The bloke at the bar said you would be down here shortly?
The older I get the faster I was
  • My phone doesn't seem to work and there is no one at race headquarters.
The older I get the faster I was
  • Has anybody seen anyone from Team LLaffan Racing. Yes, it is a Welsh team, how did you know? Only I seem to have lost contact with my D S and the hotel is locked.
The older I get the faster I was
  • The bloke from the bar said I should come here, see, as everyone always ends up here after the race. Nice, isn't it? Sort of 'retro' but in a tired and knackered way.

I'll just sit down over here and eat some of my eccles cakes.

  • Ah, good. Here comes someone now.

  • Should such an an obvious effort at a denial of service attack should be allowed to count toward a stage win? Mine was far less obvious than this.
  • No, no. Just sit down over there, you'll be fine. Have a cake.

He dug deep into his suitcase of courage there. Difficult to make a lone break like that work at the best of times, let alone on such a windy day as this!

Cake - it seems so simple but try as I might my cakes are always rubbish...yesterdays attempt to suprise Speedybird pon her return looked like an omlette sandwich... It's not that I can't cook as Speedybird and many others will testify just why are cakes so troublesome? BTW don't go looking for Speedybird on here as she lurks elsewhere and is not allowed on here.. I feel a new thread coming on.

I'm crap at cooking cakes as well. It is my understanding that you have to "love and nurture baking" for it to work. I'm sorry, but sod that, I'll kill and clean dead animals, hack meat about and turn it in to the most amazing meal, (so long as the eyes are covered, I hate things looking at me when I'm de-furring them).

But ask me to titivate some flour, cream some butter and whisk some eggs and I fail.
