Surly KM Full Mudguards

Hello,

Scratching my head a bit fitting a rear full mudguard as there is no bar joining the stays together to attach the bottom end to it, stop the flapping about and rattling plus getting in the way of the front mech.

Have you guys got any ideas or bodges in place to show me?
