This may have been posted, but after several days of searching, i thought i would share

Link above takes you to the very good Fox Tech Centre. I couldnt find this page by going through the links on the Fox website. I only came across it by searching for bushing replacement.
If you go to the menu on the left, and select "Quick Tech: Rear Shocks", then select “Change Float Air Compression”
Voila, nice guide on changing the stroke of a rear shock
