Cycle Carrier - Oh dear did anyone else have the same issue

:( I recently bought a Cycle carrier from Halfords, it fell off damaged my car and they wont give me my money back, has anyone else out there had the same issues, plus customer service has been really really bad

    Bad luck mate ... Just consider yourself lucky it did not come off and cause a pile up as you would be in the shite for having an unsafe load ...
    Unfortunately a lot of racks on the market are not really fit for purpose ...towbar or roofrack mounted are a lot better than the cheap rubbish you get that hang of the back of the car on a couple of straps :D
