Hi all

Looking for a full sus bike in the north west. Was gonna go to Formby cycles to have a look as they do 24 months interest free. Has anyone bought from them before?

What about other shops that do more than 12 months interest free?

I got a Specialized Crosstrail from Edinburgh cycles in Manchester and had some of the best customer service I have ever had, but Im looking to spend over a grand and only 12 month 0% will be a bit steep.

Cheers

Is there really nothing near where you live ?
Sounds like you don't want/can't to pay more than £100 per month. I'm no financial advisor, but I'd suggest cutting out other expenses in life so that you can afford a 12 month finance deal, assuming that gets you loads more choice. You'll be fed up still paying for a half-trashed bike after a year and a half even if it's interest free payment. It'll make parts replacing more painful, i.e. you'll still have to dish out for new tyres, tubes, chain and other maintenance on top of monthly payments.
I don't know how good a mechanic you are, but most people I know who bought full suss bikes ended up taking them back to the shop due to problems.
It's worth bearing that in mind if you're buying from a shop far away.
Yes, there are some good guys at Edinburgh cycles on Oxford Rd, so why go elsewhere ?
