Morning everybody peeps, just tucking into a full english breakfast buffet, then off to Brussels. Hopefully business types will be put out by the oldest wannabe member of McFly joining them in first class. Anyone recommend anything to do in belgiums esteemed capital except drink and eat chips with Mayo

WelshKev mate happy birthday, it sounds like a difficult time your end but chin up you'll be alright!
i have had a sh!te start to the day, missk flies of the handle with me over the smallest thing. Her grand dude is still in hospital and she said to me on the weekend that she would be going to visit him every other day, and i said at the time did she want me to go with her, her answer was no. So i arrange my training this week and tonight i was out on a 10 mile run.
"Off course your coming with me tonight you promised"
"er, no we agr...."
cue stomping around being over dramatic
so annoying, grr0 -
welshkev. May I extend anniversary of your emergence from the womb best wishes0

harpy bithday welshkev
She's obviously a bit stressed kaiser83, everyone gets a bit moody when they're stressed.
'ning all
Found out last night that a friend of a friend's husband died suddenly. Now I don't know the girl or the chap, but I do know that she's 5 months pregnant and they only got married last year. Made me feel a bit philosophical last night... I think this sums me up right now....
"Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets, so love the people who treat you right, forget about the ones who don't, and believe that everything happens for a reason.
If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said life would be easy,
they just promised it would be worth it."
Work today, yeah whatever.
Packing for festy tonight, yay!
Better get on with it, spent far too much time procrastinating with MissBint yesterday!
Kisses to every last one of you

Morning all
I'm mucking out horses, or at least I was, it's now reverted to the usual poo flinging competition. So far I'm losing so I'm off to restock and try to turn it around.
Lots of shiny new bike brs arrived yesterday but I didn't get much chance to play with them so today I'll be counting down the hours. I'm also hoping to order the wheels and drivetrain for the 455 later.
Is it 5 yet?0 -

that's women, just revel in your own mind that you are right. I had mine yelling at me yesterday morning because I definately hadn't told her that Daniel Craig had married Rachel Weisz.0 -
Greetings Maggots,
Happy birthday WelshKev!
At the office today, hope the weather is a good as yesterday when it was 28 degrees
I am armed with a large cappuccino with enough extra shots to remove the shine from any spoon..
I came across this little gem of a story on the BBC news site, certainly put a smile on my face0 -
Bit of a restless nights sleep last night and woke up stuck to the duvet with a mixture of ink and blood, lovely.
Now at work and making the day better with the usage of coffee and bacon. I also get to waste about half of the day showing senior management my new ink.0 -

Poo flinging is exactly what it sounds like, how far away from the muck heap can you stand and still get your poo onto it... yep that's how exciting my mornings are
It's in aid of my degree, got to do a certain amount of work with different species of animals. For some reason thought 4 weeks of horses would be a good idea. As a general rule I can't stand horsey people, but the guys here are alight, seem to spend mos of the time arsing around. Pig farming to look forward to next year, I'll be doing my best to bag myself a piglet and grow my own bacon.0 -
Morning, hair cut shortly. Rather miffed off as a cold sore has appeared cue me looking like I have a fat lip the day before a interview and weekend before I meet the fella's family for the first time, gutted!0
