More front Hubness

Hey, sorry already asked question about front hub buuuuuut http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=17383 I was just wondering whether I need a skewer or anything? And I take it it's a 10mm? (which is what I need) but from the picture and spec I can't tell if it needs a skewer/ axle. :?

Yeah Im not to bothered about front brake, so would this work, 10mm forks btw http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=28379
