Building a bike a couple of questions

I got a 2009 boardman pro HT frame, and I want a new hope headset, the intergral one if I am correct. Also a new BB which will be the 68/73mm hope one, are these the right choices?

Does anyone know where (preferably in yorkshire) that I can get a frame repainted professionally (that also do a good job). And will I need to re-face the brake bosses, headset and BB if the frame is being repainted.

After the frame is painted it will need facing only the BB usually.

Ask and show your coater what you require masking (all threads, BB, Head tube, seat) and make sure they etch prime it before coating, are you going for a standard Ral colour or something fancy?

I would just like a deepish metalic shiny Blue, im based in North Yorkshire - but not mind travelling

Probably a wet paint system then, powders don't come as standard in metallic unless your after silver.

Ask your coater if they strip paint and what method they use, i.e chemical stripping,
Can't recommend any really as there are so many, can you give me a more specific area?
