Is Poploc compatible with Pushloc?

I'm looking at buying some forks because my Dart 3s with Poploc are screwed.

I just found some Reba RLTs on Tweeks with Pushloc and I just wondered if I could use these with the lever I already have or would I need to buy the remote Pushloc kit on top of the forks?

They should come with the Pushloc unless stated - but yes it will work. However you will lose all the compression damping adjustment.

you can not use both at the same time.

a Poplock is a lever. a Push lock is also a lever.

    chose one.

Sorry, maybe this is nothing to do with me, but why Tweeks?

I looked a little and pretty much every fork that was linked to in your other thread was a better price than any Reba from Tweeks.
  • Well I'm not now, but I need to either be able to get them on finance or I'll have to get a credit card, and I want them in white and only Tweeks seem to do the RLT in white even though they're now out of stock too..

Think I might just sit and wait till the 2012 stock comes out and see what I can pick up and just hope my screwed darts will hold out until then. Just don't really want a patchwork bike.

So getting back to the thread, if they say Pushloc, they should come with the lever and kit included should they?

They should yes. Pushloc allows you to adjust the compression damping too, making full use of the forks abilities.

2012 RS are going to be expensive - now is the time to buy.

    does it.

I thought that was only the Pop lock adjust.

the Push lock is just a newer more compact Pop lock.

Hmmm, you might be right, the originals had a detented adjuster. I guess it depends then.

reading the manual it says it is

As I remember but will check some tomorrow.
