Morning mongs
Today is more horse placement. Going to be very busy apparently, so I'll probably only get to spend half the day doing diddly squat.
The big thing that makes Tuesday terrific is that I've got some lovely packages arriving today with some bits 'n' bobs for the 456. I'm very excited.

Day off work today and I'm up earlier than I usually would be..
Off to meet a girl for breakfast soon, then spending the afternoon having some more of my arm coloured in.
Right now, I have tea, so I'm happy.0 -
Cup 2 of coffee down!
Good ride last night and fun, went out with my new headphones on (i dont endorse this for road use) but noise cancelling headphones and singletrack are perfect partners. i should do this more often!
Poop nights sleep, had work phone calls from 01:00 onwards and just didnt sleep properly, then when my alarm goes of at 05:15 i couldnt get up, and on the way into work more phone calls, so as i was driving i'm rejecting the calls they try more   I tell you what someone will say the wrong thing today and they will feel my fury
Anywhooo on with the day, hopefully another ride out tonight with my bro and some proper twisty singletrack. 8)0 -
Morning
Tired Tuesday, sister in law currently staying - so studying till she went to bed & by which point could switch my mind off. So went to bed thinking about projects & change management - hence crap sleep0 -
Morning all!
VWSurfbum Being on call is a pain in the backside when it is in the day never mind the night! When I was on call at night I'd find I couldn't sleep in case my phone rang, so even if it didn't I'd still have a restless night! Hope today is more chilled!
As for me....got a good sleep last night, yay, first night being in my own bed and alone for the past week so it was nice, although my alarm at 06:30 wasn't welcome but I know that is a lie in to some of you lot!
Bosses boss spoke to me yesterday about leaving, so it's definitely official now! 29 days til I am self employed!..........or unemployed, whichever way you look at it!!!
Need bacon......had cereal boo....that is all!Ride it like you stole it!0 -

Fail
I have a plan that i'm working on but i need to work on an investment first, and it could be a very big risk?
On the other hand i had a mate on FB chat last night who moved to the big white last year and keeps telling me to move out there, i may look into this a bit more, but i'm not totally convinced yet?0 -

If its causing issues with your family then perhaps it is time to move on. Good luck with getting something sorted! Just don't do it in haste I suppose would be the thing, think carefully before every move.
What I do is specialised it took me 4 years to train on the job. However I am lucky I can make those skills work for me in my own business, although there is no scope for me to really transfer to another 'employed' job with it.....so this has to work. If not, I'm back on the planes as a trolley dolly next summer!

Morning skivers and insomniacs,
Just stuffing a few last bits into the suitcase then getting taxi to Gatwick after breakfast. A week of lounging in the sun, swimming, stuffing my face and drinking to follow. Buffet brekky at the hotel includes bacon egg and sausage so that will be had every morning as long as I don't explode ."I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." trouble is that because i'm here most of the day its hard to job search and when i do eventually get home its hard to start looking then as i'm either too tired, have jobs to do or getting out for a ride. I must put more effort in!0 -

Mornin all
my mate is back in work after completing Ironman UK on sunday, he completed it in 10hrs35mins!! WTF i mean thats unreal time to finish something like that, i wish i was that fit - next year i am entering a marathon and a half ironman!
Last nights balst around the new ashton court trail was good, although a little too humid for me! its only a blue route but i find that if you really push it it makes it quite technical with the constant swtich backs, its helping me to build my confidence and technique anyway!
today is tuesday and thats all i have to say on the matter!

Morning all!
Lots going on in my head today, after a meeting with my boss and her boss, where I was simply providing numbers, and came out with pretty much a new job description! Should be interesting times ahead, good challenges and exciting possibilities (and a pay rise ) is somet I'm quite grateful for.
Tonight, I'll change the pads on the Blender and start riding it to work. Not commuting by bike has been annoying. It takes as much courage to have tried and failed as it does to have tried and succeeded.
Join us on UK-MTB we won't bite, but bring cake!

It was a lovely morning up until it started raining 5 mins..
But, Working from home today thanks to all the trains being screwed up on the Brighton line, which is fine by me as my new "steel is real" Whyte is out for delivery..0 -
Good Morning Travellers
First day of a month off (almost) just about to leave for the train to Londres (not Londis) then Brussels tommorrow. I shall be popping up now and again over the next few weeks whilst I'm checking footy scores/job applications etc etc, so I'll be making sure you are all playing nicely.
Have a lovely few weeks

Just back from hossie...
Registrar's verdict is I've been doing to much. I insisted on a physio referral even though he says there's a risk of re-rupture. At the moment I'm not making any progress at all, beyond lots of swelling! so I insisted on a referral, spoke to a lovely lady (slight girl-crush going on there) and now have a rehab plan to start on!
It's going to be a year from now before I'll be back to pre-injury state though... ah well, slow and steady wins the race or sommat.
Right, better get on with some work as I've only just got into the office!

Hello Freaks!
Another day, another bacon sandwich....
Stunning ride into work this morning, absolutely no wind what-so-ever. A bit cloudy, but still very warm. I'm hoping the sun will burn off the cloud cover for a nice ride home. ATM I can't decide whether to take the long way home and enjoy the weather or to blast the quick route home as I have a parcel (nothing bike related) waiting for me at home. Decisions, decisions...0 -
