Kuota 5 lens system

I recently purchased these from ribble but I can't see how to change the lens on them.

I know it's probably a ridiculous question but they came with no instructions either

Hold the glasses so they're facing you. Place your left thumb into the bridge where it'll sit on your nose and grip the glasses.

With your right hand, grip the left (as if you were wearing them) lens on the 'K' of Kuota, and pull down. It should pop out of the bridge. Slide it down and out of the bridge, and it'll pop out of the bit near the arm.

To install, pop it in the bit near the ear arm, and then slide it up the groove on the bridge of the glasses.
