Looking for bike buddies in Girvan area

Hi All
I am new to the area living in Girvan, working in windparks in the area for the next four to five months. Does anyone live in the Girvan area that goes to the forests on Sundays only working Sats,or passes through Girvan, my favorite destinations are Glentress and Innerleithen cos I can hire a bike there, as I am currently in the process of buying a bike, mine is in Spain. Any info would be appreciated. I am willing to pay petrol money for transport. Thanks in anticipation
