Setting sag on 130 u turns

My mate has just has built a bike up lbs is wanting 35quid to set the sag up for him!!,
I only ride fox forks so i know my way round them, but just to save him some money (family man) i said i will take a look, rear shock will be no worrys, but what do i need to do to set the sag on u turns??

coil or air?
for air see the dual air setup info in the FAQs. and coil you need to change springs."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Cheers nicklouse was hoping it would be your words of wisdom that would pop up i wont know until i see the bike which type are on it, but at least i have a starting point now cheers
