Help with Pace RC41 forks, topping out

I have just bought a second hand bike with a pair of Pace RC41 XCAM forks on it (i think, pic below) The forks top out really bad, if you lift the front wheel when riding there is a 'clunk' I also think there is some oil leaking from the top of the leg with the launch control on

Does anyone konw what parts i need or is there a service kit available, I am happy to give it a go myself
