Help poor braking sti road levers with canti brakes

Running my sti lever upside down on bull bars giving a lot less pull and running with some original onza 90s mtb brakes will v brakes work better braking very poor due to amount of cable pull

    Planet X do their cross bike with Ultegra levers and their Frogs legs Cantis. Works fine for me.
