I have some tektro on mine. About £12 from ribble.

  • How nice is your single speed? You could go for some Campagnolo Record brake levers, a bargain at £133 from CRC.
But more realistically, maybe go for some Shimano R400's, I have them on my single speed and find them quite comfortable.

Tektros have the QTR on the hoods.
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

Quick release button a la Campagnolo. I have a pair of Campag. levers for sale but the Tektro are good. Suspect they are the same as Cane Creek ones which I use on my fixed. Dia Compe are also popular for fixed.

QTR = Q/R, early morning typo  I've ridden with them on my SS for two years and found them OK, obviously a little less bulky than the STI levers on my other bike. Missing the QR now I've changed bars and levers.
