The missus is going away for a weekend shortly so I was thinking I may look into having a lesson.
I have been looking at a few sites but not sure what level to go for. looking at the descriptions I think beginner maybe a but simple. but alot of the sites recommend doing the beginner before the intermediate.
I have been cycling for years (MTB for the last year or so) and have a good level of fitness. I have done the red run at stainburn serveral time without much problem all be it at a steady pace. I have recently been doing a few jumps/ drop offs not that big just a few feet.
Would you go straight to intermediate?
Has anyone got any feedback on any courses they have attended in the Yorkshire area?

Intermediate imo if you can get down stainburn red in some kind of fashion! Not attended any courses though so can't help there i'm afraid!0

There's a well known chap that runs courses up at Gisburn. Can't remember his name though
There's also guided routes up at Dalby.0 -

And "chasing trails" based Dalby way. Not used them but hopefully booking something soon0

Intermediate sounds about right, a good skills coach will assess you though, you'll be advanced in some areas and beginner in others. It's easier to ask for forgiveness than for permission.
I've bought a new bike....ouch - result
Can I buy a new bike?...No - no result0 -
has anyone actually used any of these courses and if so what did they get from it.0
