Park Tool crank puller work with Octalink?

Hey all,

In the market for a crank puller, and was going to pick this up in my local bike shop

but the guy behind the counter said he didn't think it woked with Shimano octalink, which I have...

Tiagra Chainset Octalink Double 4401 175mm 39.52
Shimano 105 Bottom Bracket Octalink 5500

Is he right?!

Your LBS is right.

The tool you need is this one

And DON'T FORGET to remove the washer after you take the crank arm fixing bolt out.
Repeat DON"T FORGET.

I use a 12mm socket from my socket set to extract ISIS and Octalink cranks.
