I'm on a bowl full of couscous, endorsed by an overthuisatic celeberity (in the loosest sense of the word) chef with added sweet chillie sauce and a tin of tuna.

2 Apples
2 pints of water


This is exact as yes i am watching what i eat!

I've just enjoyed a stem Ginger muffin and a latte from Starbucks. I'm healthy snacking through the day then I'll have tea about 4 as I'm on earlies this week, spagehetti Gazlarnara today.

Was supposed to have a lovely salad with ham... however that's still in the fridge at home.
So I've had a piece of Waitrose rocky road, and a Waitrose chocolate mini roll.
Will pop to Tesco in a sec to get something savoury.
Then to follow there's Waitrose chocolate fudge cake yomnomnomnomnomnom*
