Headset Dilemma, Advice Sought

The scenario is:
a. Ragley mmmBop frame
ii. Superstar Grande Bambino headset (1.5-1.125 reducer)
3. Fox 36 Float forks
The dilemma is, it looks like the above setup will result in the adjuster knobs on the fork stanchion tops will contact the frame down tube due to the very low atack height of the headset.
Is there any way I can resolve this? (i.e. spacers to increase the stack height by a couple of mm?)
Or do I just return the headset & buy a different one?

No spacer available at the bottom (oversite as a 10mm spacer/adapter would be a great way of tweaking front end height!).
Can you get an alternate headset with a bigger stack height?

you need this headset

or just the bottom set up."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
