The west highland way passes by tyndrum, ive cycled a couple of sections. If you get an os map you should be able to make up a loop. I did further north near fort william.

Plenty in the area. As Andrew says, WHW is there. Presuming you have a car, so things nearby include:

Victoria Bridge to Loch Etive, loop round to Inverawe and back by road
    Ardgarten Loop
    Corrie Grogain Loop at Arrochar
Loop at Loach Awe (was in MBR recently I think)
Ciarain Path and other trails at Kinlochleven
Devils Staircase from Glencoe to Kinlochleven
    Other assorted trails in Glencoe
    Glencoe downhill trails
Fort Bill not too far away, loads and loads there.

If no car, WHW to Fort Bill in a day and train back to Tyndrum. Other option WHW to Victoria Bridge, on to Loch Etive, and by road into Oban and train back.

Loads and loads in the area.

Be sure to pop into Green Weely, and Paddy's bar.

When are you there as a crown of us will be in Kinlochleven next weekend.
