Are you doing the Ronde Picarde Cyclosportive ?

I did this with my cycling club last year and it was a great event, especially as the weather was so lovely.

If you don't feel like organising your own trip there are a few places still available on the SRS Events trip to the Ronde Picarde. 9-11th September and they have rooms in the hotel right near the start of the Cyclosportive.

Hi there, done this the last 7 years, and back again this year, vainly hoping to get round 10 mins quicker (never got the gold!). Nice event usually, lots of brits and not too far to travel. Border city wheelers (Carlisle) turn up in force usually - always great to see them out, and good scenery. After the split, if you're doing the 187km, it can get a bit lonely as most do the 130km. But then a group usually come along.
    Have fun.

ps hoping again for that Belgian club who towed about 50 of us around for 40 miles.

It's not to late to get on the SRS Events trip to the Ronde Picarde Cyclosportive but hurry places close on the 23rd August (I think.)

They have the best accommodation booked for this cyclosportive at really good hotel just around the corner from the start of the cyclosportive.

More details on their website http://www.srs-events.cc

Price for the trip doesn't included entry to the event, that has to be done separate.
