Sutton Park

Can anyone recommend a route round Sutton Park? I've been cycling for a long time but never really done much off-roading so looking for something fun but not too difficult really. Girlfriend lives in Four Oaks so it seems criminal to be over there so much and not take the bike so this sunday I'm going to give it a try. I fancy some jumps and stuff but I guess not too technical or I will hurt myself :(

Garmin files or online routes preferred cos I can download them and follow them on my Edge.

    havent got any gps rotes of sutton, but theres a bit of good riding up there if ur local, i like the odd spin around the park especially on my single speed as theres no hills as such !!! ...
    just ride different bits and make ur own route up .... normally what i do
