Rocking hips?

Not sure of the correct term, but when riding at a comfortable speed I notice no problems but when I speed up my hips start rocking. The faster I go the faster they rock.Although it doesnt seem so bad if in a very high gear.
Does that mean my seat is too high or too low?
I would guess too low? I don't feel as if I am overstretching when at the bottom of the stroke,I have a slight bend in my knee at the bottom of stroke.
If it is too low, do I just move it 5mm at a time?

+1 for your saddle being to high. Yep, lower it 5mm or so at a time. I had the same issue and also had the correct knee bend, went down just under a cm and am now much more comfortable.

Are you rocking or bouncing? Rocking would suggest seat is too high. Bouncing would suggest you need to work on your spinning technique0
