Venice to Munich

I posted the details of my Pyrenean trip last year and got a couple of bits of really valuable advice so here goes with this years route. All hints, tips and comments appreciated.
Basically we fly into Marco Polo on the Tue morning then roll into Munich a week later (coinciding with the beginning of the Oktoberfest) and fly back the following Tue.
