105 5700 RH shifter with Dura-ace 7900 LH shifter ?

As the title suggests...Could I use a 105 5700 RH shifter with Dura-ace 7900 LH shifter ?

...Both are 10x2 speed

Sorry if its a completely ridiculous question :)

    They're seperate systems, so there will be no issue. As long as you're still running shimano mechs, they'll be reet.

    The only issue you will have, is you'll want to get a dura-ace RH after a while!! :lol:
