Loose lockout lever

Hi people
I've done a quick search on the forum but can't find an answer.
The lockout lever on my '09 Fox Float forks is loose and rattles around irritatingly. The function of the lever is fine... it works as it should. I have tried tightening the little allen bolt located in the middle of the red rebound dial but its already about as tight as it will go. The problem is annoying rather than crucial, but can anyone help at all?
