I bought some Radars on fleabay and they're really obviously fake now I've got them. Doing the ebay Resolution centre and all that, but is there a way to 1. Make things happen quicker 2. Get the lying scumbag some justice in his life rather than just a half a*sed refund and a free go with some of my money in the meantime?

No illegal suggestions please!

I've had the same problem, obvious fakes, managed to get refund but ebay don't really want to know - half their income is from fakesters so they won't do anything to stop it - my lesson learned - by from an authorised dealer, it costs more but at least you have peace of mind.

    This.

I tried taking eBay to court a few years ago over something, talk about hard to get hold of addresses, names etc. If they are operating legally in the UK it's only by the skin of their teeth.

It was a private one off sale not an ongoing business. If they go back and he relists them I will cartainly link to them and warn people off.

I'm thinking if I get them certified fake by an Oakley dealer, ebay might authorise me to destroy them (and i still get refund via Paypal)? I'd get some satisfaction from that.
