Fly ride - Alps - with bike hire!!!

Hey,
I'm looking to escape for a few days in Autumn to the Alps.
I would like to fly from Stansted into an EasyJet / Ryanair airport close to a base near Bourg D'Osians / Alpe / Galibier etc (or would possibly consider something close to the TdF climbs in the Pyrenees!) where they feed and look after cyclists AND as it is my first and possibly only time I'd like it to a be a place that will lend / hire me a decent 58 cm road bike.
Does that exist?
