Conway to Cardiff route info?

Just wondering where I could get some info on the off-road route. ?? hopefully download it to my N8!! Cheers.

    A friend and I have just done Cardiff to Llandudno (about 1 mile from Conwy) for charity. We didn't do the whole N8 as we wanted to go up and down Snowdon - which was just epic, so the route we took was handmade at points.

    PM me if you'd like more info, i've got the entire collection of maps required and also the garmin route, going south/north so easy enough to swap it round!
