My freind at work wants to get into cycling. His budget is £500, he is currently looking at a Evans Homemade Jobby call a Fuji Absolute 3.0 2011 Hybrid Bike

Any feedback or suggestions?

He will be using it to commute to work every day. 24 Miles

I think he actually needs a road bike myself.
