Decent trail central to Reading and Leamington?

Any suggestions as looking to hook up with my brother weekend after next? He normally rides the Monkey Trail at Cannock but it's a long old drive from Reading?

    Woburn Sands?

    Not a trail centre as such but loads of trails if you ignore the jump track.
