Tora 302 U-Turn service - grease/oils?

Going to service my Toras over the weekend. I have 5wt for the damper but would 10wt be OK for the lower legs? RS manual says 15wt but I've a bottle of 10wt in the garage. Would I get way with using that?

Also can anyone recommend a decent grease for the seals / o-rings?

Without looking at a manual- assuming it's the same sort of layout as a 318, the lower leg oil is for lubrication not damping, so if that's right then 10W will be fine.
