    Nerds and Nerdettes,
having a little panic session, looking for more aggresive mud tyres for sundays race, sliding all over the place last night, 2.5 miles of cornes all slippy and only 2 straights? aghhhhh

yesterdays bacon roll was big enough to feed a small village, and i'm sure it used half of the worlds supply? wont be doing that agian anytime soon.

who know's what today holds in store?

    Morning all

rode in this morning on the Road bike, nice 5 mile sprint in to work gets the blood flowing, altough every morning i do ride/run in to work i feel like i am going to have a heart attack for the first 3 or so minutes! might have to keep an eye on that!

tonight i need to clean the house before missk comes home from her holiday, she left it spotless and i have generally not been tidying my shizzle away, i reckon there is a bike part in every room in the house, and that includes the toilet (dont ask)

Anyway, off to right some wrongs!

Might be seeing THP tonight. Although he is dying of man flu and not sure I want any of his germs.

Planned to get up early and get a ride in seeing as the sun is finally out down here - but being a lazy fecker I missed the chance :? weekend weather is looking good so a sunday ride is on and it might have even dried up a little.

Is summer finally on its way?

Be sure you avoid him for if a woman were to catch Man Flu she would die instantly (cause of death; full and catastrophic failure of every internal organ, plus your head would explode) Luckily us men take it for you and can just about survive cos we are double hard. If anything you should be thanking him for protecting you!

I'm off work till Wednesday now (feeling the hatred coming my way already!) got to nip in to town today to sort out a few odds and sods and get mega bacons. Then back home to pack up the bikes for a long weekend trip to see the family but the real reason is to smash the back doors in of all my old fave trails, might try and get down to Wharncliffe too :)

i indulge in a cream cake or a hearty fry up..................

Speaking of helth stuffs, i have decided to see a nutritionist to help me actually understand my diet as i have now read so many journals and articles that contradict each other i am starting to lose sight of the truth

Lashings of alcohol later, so a headache tomorrow!

Then 6 weeks to ride bikes and squeeze a little work in between

It's a scientific fact that the reason Man Flu exists is because Men have weaker immune systems than women.

Like Raymond K. Hessel's 'tomorrow', today should be the most beautiful day of my life.

I was very nearly splatted me on the ride home from work last night, which is different from being shot in the face by a mentalist*, I admit.

Unfortunately, I'm going to Wolverhampton for work, so that's taken a real shine off things. I'll just have to hope for a near death experience right before going somewhere nice.

Last day at work for 5 days, off to Welshland tommorrow afternoon. This does however mean I have one more day of going back and forth to Walsall all blooming afternoon!

Plus side, theres no cheese or ham in the house so I can't have my customary good morning bagel, so today I had Chicken Balti, as its near enough lunch time anyway

Coincidence! It's my second last day in my current job. I've got a leaving pi$$ up tonight as too many people are heading out of town/going on hols tomorrow night. Then a year off for biking, dossing, drinking and so on

Lunch: One ½ pound burger with cheese and bacon from the burger van at the town market. Laced it with their [so called] hot chili sauce. Fail. Brought it home and doused it in my interpretation of HOT chili sauce.. Win!
Now let me inhale my 3rd can of Coca~Cola in order to convince my taste buds to come out of hiding. *Burp*

Stimulant of note: Dave's Insanity chili sauce

Finally caved and bought a track pump after snapping a presta valve in two. Doh.
