Their latest sale email says: "tyres slashed"
I hope they are cheap. :shock:I'm sorry you don't believe in miracles0 -
I have a SL Planet x and have had for almost 2 years and love it! Got the weight of mine down to 15.5ilbs! And it flies!
Definitely recommend them0 -
I have a Planet X pro Sl a Kaffenbach and Pompino and I ve owned an Uncle John and Pro ALu sl.
I am its fair to say a Fan. My Kaffenbach gets ridden ever working day and hauled me and my load half way around the world with no worries.
My Pro Sl does Sprint Triathlons/ TTs / Sportives and Sunday Morning long runs
The only common slagging of them is that the front end flexes. (I m 14 stone and descend like a brick and mines never worried me once no matter what wheels are in it)
My pompino drags me and my little girl in her seat everywhere. It replaced an On One inbred Cos someone offered me the right money for it.
If your not a brand snob then PX offer some of the best value coupled with the best service bikes out there.
When Ray Eden was alive they used to answer every e mail query i sent them in person and promptly and my next bike will be a PX when they finally launch the "FONDO?"0 -
Own a PX Ti Road Pro with Ultegra 6700. Awesome machine. PX were nothing but helpful to deal with. Even when they got my order wrong I got the cost of spannering the bike together back and a free SS jersey.
As an engineer who deals with exotic materials for wind turbines all day they won't be paying much further south of £200 per frame, remember the Chinese like to eat too!. We have a factory in China and it is only the size of the factory that is bringing the cost of parts down, people skilled in laying up cloth for moulding are quite expensive to come by.+++++++++++++++++++++
we are the proud, the few, Descendents.
Panama - finally putting a nail in the economic theory of the trickle down effect.0 -
My Uncle John has taken the scalps of many a Cervelo out on the road...0
