i have had a pile of bits sitting in the garage needing a home, picked a stumpy frame up for much cheapness on eBay and finally did something tonight
How I started
How I finished tonight, it's not quite there yet and there are headset issues but well happy, used all the spare bits I had and now a new bike to play with

it was, amazed at how quickly I can put a bike together now, included cuting the steerer and fitting the Star fangled nut and headset.
First time I did this it took me a week of evenings!
gears need a tune (not quite getting a clean engagement) but overall v happy0 -
Is there any chance that we will see some bling on that in the coming weeks?
'Cause it looks amazingly mundane atm (Sorry to burst your bubble)
Otherwise, seems good so far0 -
I have other bikes which are a bit more show....
This was a way to use up bits lying in the garage0
