I want to get fitter, faster and go further, I am not that familiar with good training the last time I rode I was nineteen and just did a lot of miles. I am fourty now, I want my riding to count not just aimless. Is a coach a good idea, my next querry is are coaches expensive, what should I expect to pay for a training program / schedule.

Is a coach a good idea?, in my experiance yes, its helped me alot, expensive?, compared to the price of some kit, no, not at all, my coach is £35 a month.
