Rating Fail - Hotwire.com

On looking for said weekend to Paris which I've still got to wrangle out of, I came across hotwire.com, which at first hand I thought fantastic.. until I found a review of the company, must be the worst ratings I've ever seem for a company..

    Whole site is a complete farce. Fancy TV adverts con people into using them. If you get a chance read the small print on the next ad and see if you would've used them. Tried to book a hotel in Fort William but was 'unknown destination' 'do you mean Fort William, Highlands?' - Yes - 'destination unknown'. Waste of time and effort. Expedia here I go again.
