Crank Bolt Keeps Working Loose

I have a RaceFace Ride chainset on my Crush and the crank bolt has started to regularly work itself loose.
It started off where i was having to tighten it up every month or so, then moving onto after every ride, and now mid ride!
I've taken the chainset off and there doesn't seem to be any visible damage to the bottom bracket, but i'm concious that there will be if it carries on much longer.
What's the solution?

sounds like the arm is dead.

The BB is "Race Face X Type", it was standard kit on the bike when i bought it.
It's the chainset side that works loose, not the single crank arm.0 -
