Redbridge Rider Improvement Day
Sportive Challenge

Hi
Just letting people know about a coaching day I'm putting together at Redbridge Cycling Centre. The day is aimed at anyone who feels they need to improve their technique in cycling, from sportive riders to triathletes looking to improve the cycling part of their sport, to more experienced riders who are looking to improve their sportive performances or perhaps get into entry level road racing.
The day is staffed by highly qualified coaches with many years coaching and professional riding behind them. The coaching team is led by Gary Coltman, former National Track Champion, Robin Sharman, former Premier Calendar winner, and Simon Cope, former National Circuit Race Champion. The aim of the day is to improve your riding skills, with riders divided into New Rider, Improver and Competitor groups to ensure the coaching is set at your level of ability and experience. All aspects will be covered, group riding (social and racing), cornering, climbing, gearing, warm up and event preparation, basic mechanics, and the opportunity to take part in a brief race for those who want it.

All the best
