Hi, my girlfriend is looking for a new road bike and frankly I don't know what to look for. She is doing about 400km a week of riding but she's not a racer, so she would need something that is pretty comfortable for long ride.
Position wise her last bike was a giant TCR and seems to be happy with her position on the bike, so anything that doesn't have a race only geometry should fit her.
At this price point she's expecting either sram force/rival of shimano ultegra. Wheels wise, anything resembling fulcrum 5-7 or mavic ksyrium elite/equipe would be acceptable.
The frame would definitely have to be carbon, although she ain't a weight weenie the lighter the better I would say, although ride quality is the number one priority.
By the way we live in north America so any brand like Canyon or Boardman, Planet-X and others Euro-Only brand are not possible.
Thank you for you help !!!!
Cheers !
