Campag 11sp Chorus Crank with 10sp Groupo: Does this Work?
I'm in the market for a new crank for my Scott CX1 PRO (BB86) as I have 2 problems with my new frame. Previously on my Giant TCR Frame (BSA24?) I was able to ride all my gears on the big blade, now with the same parts on the new Scott (BB86 using an adapter) the chain angle between the last sprocket (next to the spokes) is so great that the chain jumps of the big blade onto the small blade
Is their anything I can do to get my current Shimano 105 CT crank closer to the BB86 to reduce the chains angle to the last sprocket.
If there is no solution for that scenario, then I would like to know if buying a Campag 11sp Chorus UltraTorque CT Crank will solve the problem.
If this is the solution, then I would like to know if the Campag 11sp Chorus Crank with 10sp chain & cluster will work.
