U23 Team?

Hi all,
I am looking into forming an U23 development team for next season comprising riders based in the South and am hashing out the finer details of the formation of the team.
Before approaching potential sponsors however, I need to find out if there is sufficient interest, and to get riders on board, so my question is this...
Are there any U23 riders based in the South interested in helping to form and race as part of a dedicated team?
