Training ride in Milton Keynes area

I've just moved to the Milton Keynes area (Woburn) and I've finally decided to get out on my road bike. I'm looking to do a ride of about 50 miles tomorrow (17th July) so does anyone know of any chaingangs/training groups that I could join in with - even if you're going out on your own and fancy some company. I'm reasonably fit and should be able to maintain a decent pace for 2/3/4 hours.

    Sunday mornings meet at 9 for between 40-60 miles.

    or Team MK, who meet a little further from you in Stony Stratford on a Saturday am. There's lots of splinter groups from them as well so usually a few options for getting out and about with others.
