Hi All
I spent a good 9 months training to complete the South Downs Way in a day. I managed to do this 100 miler at the end of June this year, clocking a time of around 14 hours.
Not being a real racer, I totally enjoyed having something to train for and found both the physical and mental training of massive benefit and have enjoyed my riding even more as a result.
Can anyone suggest some other endurance events that you've maybe completed and enjoyed as now that ride is done, I don't want to lost focus - I need to have something to aim for.
Cheers
Boris

Coast to Coast cycle ride 140 miles and if your feeling in good nick add in the Reivers route or the Wall route to make it around a 300 miles ride. Should be a challenge for you none of that southern softie riding
