I bought some custom wheels from JRA back in January but recently had an issue with the free hub.
I spoke to JRA over the phone and they arranged a suitable time to pick the wheels up, so they could take a look.
Anyways, they just got back to me today and told me all was now sorted, a new free hub installed fixed the prob.
Suppose what I'm trying to say is: JRA made the problem a non-problem, no hassle at all, they picked up the wheels, fixed the prob and are sending them back next Monday and it's not cost me a penny. I can't fault their customer service and how well they dealt with me. Some shops are great when you're buying, I rate the ones that sort your probs out with no drama.
